Meet Jackie

Pennsylvania native turned city cosmopolite, here to provide fun fitness motivation from workouts and budget-friendly beauty tips to meal planning. My passion for fitness was shaped by my early days as a young athlete through my career as a college soccer player and now as a lawyer, running enthusiast and part-time spin instructor. Although balancing life’s commitments and a legal career may be challenging at times, I believe that finding time for yourself and your health is of the utmost importance. I love trying new workouts and healthy recipes and strive to share my love of fitness with others who have the aspiration of becoming a better stronger version of themselves.
